Yes, of course. You have two flexible options:

  1. Full Contracting Option : You can appoint us directly as the main contractor, and we’ll provide a complete quotation covering all renovation works  from demolition to final handover.

  2. Supervision-Only Option : If you prefer to work with your own contractor, you can still engage our team as your independent supervision consultant. We’ll oversee quality, progress, and compliance throughout the project.

Our supervision fees typically range between AED 15,000 – 20,000, as a fixed Monthy amount for the entire project duration.

Construction Documentation should always be prepared or supervised by the design consultant, not the contractor. This ensures that all materials, finishes, and design details are executed exactly as approved. preventing the contractor from changing selections or methods for convenience or cost advantage.

A Project Schedule sets clear timelines for each stage of the work and includes penalties for delays, ensuring the contractor stays accountable and completes the project on time.
