900 SQM Villa in the Heart of Dubai, A Seamless Fusion of Serenity and Style The Power of Design: Transforming a Subterranean Space into a Light-Filled Oasis , Design has the unique ability to completely transform a space, turning potential challenges into opportunities for creativity and beauty. This design not only brings the beauty of the outdoors into the home but also ensures that the family can enjoy a vibrant, light-filled space for their daily lives. Through thoughtful design, we've turned a challenging space into a spectacular living area that harmonizes functionality with aesthetic delight. SPACE PLANNING
The villa had a unique layout, featuring an entrance and a side ramp leading to the below-ground floor, which was intended to serve as both a family entrance and the main living space, including the kitchen and living room. The ground floor was designated as the main reception area. However, the idea of having the family spend most of their time in an underground space with no natural light or views was far from ideal .We knew we had to create a solution that brought light, airiness, and a sense of openness to this below-ground living area.

BASEMENT FLOORPLAN
To achieve this ,we decided to lower the entire garden level by 3 meters. This bold move allowed us to install a stunning swimming pool with glass sides, positioned adjacent to the living room .To complement this, we added a double-height curtain wall that now floods the space with natural light .The result? A breathtaking living room bathed in sunlight, where you can enjoy a small garden and the mesmerizing blue caustics effect as sunlight dances on the pool water through the glass .This design not only brings the beauty of the outdoors into the home but also ensures that the family can enjoy a vibrant, light-filled space for their daily lives. Through thoughtful design, we’ve turned a challenging space into a spectacular living area that harmonizes functionality with aesthetic delight. This project is a testament to the power of design in creating spaces that inspire and uplift.
ROOFTOP FLOORPLAN
In this floor, we designed a dedicated space for the boys to have their own private space for hosting friends. It is tailored to their needs, with separate zones for sleeping, watching TV, and studying. They also have access to a large terrace, perfect for hosting outdoor parties, which is separate from the family’s main terrace. The children’s terrace offers a unique view of the main entrance, while the family terrace boasts a stunning view of the pool and back garden.
FIRST FLOORPLAN
In this floor plan, we have separated the master bedroom suite from the other rooms, giving it a special view of the entrance and front garden. The suite includes all the necessary amenities, such as a cozy seating area with a coffee corner, as well as a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a separate entrance from the room. As for the other rooms, they enjoy a wonderful view of the swimming pool and the back garden.
